The Oxford Tropical Network (OTN) Meeting 2024 will take place from Monday 29 January to Thursday 1 February 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. Hosted by MORU (the Mahidol Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit), OTN 2024 is a wonderful opportunity for colleagues in Oxford’s Overseas Programmes and associated Oxford Research groups to learn about each other’s work in Tropical Medicine and Global Health, and to forge new collaborations on mutual areas of research (Attendance by invitation only).
Although the registration is until 31 December, we would like people who want to apply for either oral or poster presentation to register by 30 November 2023. We aim to send out the confirmation on the type of talk by December.

The residential package (£600) includes:
• The OTN 2024 meeting registration fee
• Accommodation for 3 nights at the Chatrium Riverside (Monday 29 January 2024 arrival and departure Thursday 1 February 2024)
• Welcome evening drinks and canapés at the Chatrium Riverside
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner on 29, 30 and 31 Jan 2024 at the Chatrium Riverside
• All social events and workshops during OTN 2024
The non-residential package (£450) includes: all of the above EXCEPT accommodation and breakfast.
If you require additional nights of accommodation at the Chatrium Riverside before or after OTN 2024, kindly send your request to OTN2024Bangkok@tropmedres.ac. You can also enquire directly via the Chatrium Riverside’s reservation website at www.chatrium.com/chatriumriversidebangkok. When searching for rooms, input the code OTN 2024 to gain access to rooms specifically held for OTN 2024.
Check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon, with luggage storage available via the Chatrium Riverside concierge.

Travel
Delegates are requested to book their own travel and local transfers to and from Bangkok, to make their own arrangements for an entry visa (if required), and to arrange their own travel insurance cover (including coverage for COVID-19 as entry requirement). Upon request, we will provide a letter to support a Thai visa application (see registration form). These costs will not be reimbursed.
